- Pay Per completed assignment.
- Pay Biweekly.
Overview:
- Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
- Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
- Position Independent Contract. 1099.
- Willing to travel in All NW Lake County Indiana.
- Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.
Job Duties:
- Conduct Mobile Exams professionally and on time.
- Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
- Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
- Obtain blood and urine samples.
- Perform EKG as needed.
- Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
- Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
- Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
- Provide Daily Case Status.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 1 Year!
- Detail Oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
- Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
- Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
- Must have Reliable car and auto insurance.
- Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
